AIBS was granted the permission to print and distribute 3,000 copies of The Pauline Arabic New Testament. It’s an excellent, relatively modern translation of the Bible, and widely accepted by all Christian denominations especially the Catholic denomination. The launching of this new printing was celebrated at the Bible House in Nazareth on November 24th. Archbishop Butros Mualem and about twelve Eastern Catholic priests attended the meeting. Archbishop Mualem expressed his gratitude for AIBS for their efforts and stressed the great need of people for this version of the Bible. This printing of the Pauline New Testament has opened the door for AIBS to bless one of the largest Arab Christian denominations in Israel.
